SUMMARY:RECYCLES WORKSHOP: Metagenomics and metabarcoding approaches to describe ecological systems and infer their development
DESCRIPTION:During the 5th\, 6th and 7th of July 2022\, the RECYCLES project will hold a specific workshop on metagenomics and metabarcoding approaches to describe ecological systems\, where different researchers from each of the project partners will explain their experiences in the field and the ongoing work regarding the RECYCLES project. The workshop will take place in Università di Pisa\, specifically at Aula SRD in Polo Didattico San Rossore\, and it will be also streamed online via MS Teams. It will be structured in three different sessions\, two of them which will mainly consist on the workshop topic state of the art and study case presentations\, and the last one which will consist on an online practical session on metabarcoding analysis. The registration to the event is free and with no limit of participants.
