Josep Torà, project manager at AERIS Tecnologías Ambientales S.L., started his two-months secondment in Università degli Studi di Firenze at the beginning of May 2021. As it is foreseen in WP1, his task in Florence will be to improve and enhance a biological reactor for biogas desulfurization, which comes from an anaerobic digestor treating fleshing waste. Together with Giulio Munz from Università degli Studi di Firenze, he will be in close contact with the Consorzio Cuoiodepur SPA, responsible of the treatment of tannery wastewater of the region, and with Italprogetti SPA, another project partner located near Florence.
